About the Role

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager (Short-Form Video Focus) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who loves ideating content, understands online trends, and can collaborate closely with Saira Nepomuceno, the Key Opinion Leader (KOL – a professional and authority in architecture, design, lifestyle, and motherhood with an engaged online audience), along with an existing social media manager for static posts.

Your primary focus will be helping plan, script, and capture short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that align with Saira's brand voice and audience. Editing and posting will be handled separately—your role is to shape the ideas, prepare content, and ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities


• Meet with Saira (the KOL) once a week in person to film content.


• Conduct ongoing research on trends, topics, and hooks for short-form video.


• Collaborate with Saira and the social media manager for static posts to ensure brand consistency.


• Draft scripts, talking points, hooks, and captions for upcoming short-form content.


• Provide a weekly list of suggested video concepts and creative directions.


• Manage content planning calendar for video deliverables.

Time Commitment


• Approximately 3x per week (flexible hours) split between:


• 1x weekly in-person filming session


• 2x online research, scripting, and coordination sessions

Qualities We're Looking For


• Strong grasp of current social media trends and short-form content formats


• Creative thinker with sharp writing skills for hooks and captions


• Organized and proactive in planning scripts and concepts ahead of time


• Comfortable liaising between multiple stakeholders (Saira as KOL and the static-post manager)


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, architecture/design, or personal branding niches

• Previous experience in social media content strategy, management, or copywriting


• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
