Our Company,
We are a company that is involved in the commercial leasing business for over 40 years. We are primarily located in Navotas, Caloocan and Malabon cities. The focus is to be an active and productive member of the community in order to help improve the areas we are present in.
Job Summary:
The selected candidate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the various operating sites that includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction / compliance, and the continuous maintenance of the facilities operated.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sites, including supervising staff, and ensuring that the operated sites are clean and well-maintained
- Manage tenant satisfaction and compliance of respective business practices to internal agreements and business policies.
- Ensure compliance with national and local policies and regulations, such as business requirements (LGUs) and compliance of environmental practices.
- Interact with customers to handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the business owners in implementing business goals
- Maintain business records of financial transactions, and able to prepare ad-hoc reports for upper management as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff members to communicate goals, expectations, and feedback
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
Qualifications:
- College degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business & customer management;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and other stakeholders;
- Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify areas for improvement that will develop effective solutions;
- Possesses strong understanding of the needed maintenance requirements for building and structures; and
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the local area.
Overall, the restaurant manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of a single restaurant location, by overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, driving revenue and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The job requires a strong combination of leadership, management, and analytical skills, as well as knowledge of the restaurant industry and its best practices.
