About the Role

CASS is seeking an experienced and self-driven IT Systems Administrator to manage and develop our technology infrastructure. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily IT operations, implementing system improvements, and supporting the continued growth of our company's digital and cloud environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of building systems that make our workflows more efficient and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security, backups, and other critical systems
• Administer and manage enterprise applications, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem such as SharePoint, Azure, and related services
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, authentication, and group policies while maintaining strict security standards
• Build and refine internal processes and workflows, including document management, collaboration tools, and automation systems
• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff, including troubleshooting, device setup, and ensuring reliable system performance
• Deploy and manage other business applications such as Asana, Canva, Autodesk, or similar tools as needed
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations
• Continuously assess system performance and propose improvements or upgrades to strengthen reliability and efficiency
• Work independently under minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and timely execution of assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Administrator, or in a comparable role managing small to midsize business systems
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Azure or other cloud platforms, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, security, and data backups
• Broad understanding of IT principles, systems architecture, and best practices for data security and business continuity
• Ability to learn and manage additional applications such as Asana, Canva, Autodesk, or equivalent platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical personnel
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable, with a mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
• Willing and able to work full time on site in Cebu City, with occasional after-hours support if required

Compensation

₱45,000 to ₱60,000 per month, depending on experience and capability. Performance-based incentives may be available for exceptional results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php65,000.00 per month
