What is Wizit, you ask?

What Your New Job Involves

  • Handling a high volume of inbound customer call enquiries
  • Conducting customer and third party outbound calls
  • Document management/handling in getting customers applications complete and ready for assessment
  • Supporting the verification checks for the Loan Verification teams
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
  • Assisting with other customer experience initiatives

Essential Criteria
We are currently looking for motivated individuals who are willing to work on weekends and appreciate the flexibility of having a day off during the week.

Currently, We Are Servicing Australian Hours (Day Shift)

  • Monday to Friday – 6:30AM to 3:30PM (DST 5:30AM to 2:30PM)
  • Public holiday work including Christmas, New Year and Holy week
