  • Conduct field sales visits and site inspections.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven sales experience in Aircon, Pest Control, or similar service industries.
  • Consistent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to do fieldwork as needed.
