Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Retail and Marketing

About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, intelligent, and composed Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Vice President for Retail and Marketing of Bizu Groupe —
This is a pivotal role supporting a fast-paced executive who oversees multiple departments across Retail, Marketing, and Operations. You'll serve as her trusted right hand — managing priorities, streamlining communication between teams, and ensuring that projects and directives are executed with clarity and follow-through.

What You'll Do: Executive Support
- Manage the VP's calendar, meetings, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare executive briefs, reports, and presentations to support leadership discussions.
- Track priorities, decisions, and follow-ups across multiple business units.
- Coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain organized systems for documentation, approvals, and reporting.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Liaise with Retail, Marketing, and Operations heads to ensure alignment on goals and directives.
- Consolidate reports, updates, and performance trackers from various teams.
- Act as the VP's communication bridge, ensuring information is clear, timely, and accurate.
- Support people-related coordination such as schedules, internal communications, and performance monitoring.
- Help streamline workflows, approvals, and interdepartmental coordination.
Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Manage select personal scheduling, errands, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics that align both business and personal priorities.
- Handle confidential personal matters with absolute discretion.
- Assist in managing time and priorities to support the VP's balance across responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior support role.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills; can handle correspondence independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with tact and efficiency.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who anticipates needs before being asked.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, or Trello).
Preferred:
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Lifestyle industries.
- Background supporting a senior executive managing multiple business units.
