The Transactional Operations Executive handles dealer documentation, disbursement, repayment, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The role includes working with sales, credit, and finance to review documents, arrange vehicle inspections, and endorse files for processing, ensuring accurate tracking and secure storage of all dealer transactions.

Position Overview:

  • Budget: PHP 20,000 (low) to PHP 25,000 (high) per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to collect complete dealer documents, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
  • Review collateral documents for completeness and compliance with credit policies before endorsing for disbursement.
  • Review disbursements and dealer's payment, and raise requests for disbursement and remittance to the finance team.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately organized, tracked, and securely stored in both digital and physical form.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Accountancy, financial management or any related course.
  • Background in operations or document management, ideally within the lending or automotive industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with both external dealers and internal teams.
  • Good at excel and formulas. With background during internship in creating reports/data in excel.
