Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance Department. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Legal and will be responsible for managing litigation cases and providing corporate legal support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in litigation cases (Civil, Criminal, Tax, Labor)
  • Attend court hearings, quasi-judicial, and administrative proceedings
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda
  • Provide legal opinions and conduct in-depth legal research
  • Review, revise, and draft corporate contracts and agreements
  • Assist in administrative investigations and recommend disciplinary actions
  • Support the Head of Legal on all regulatory, compliance, and business legal matters
  • Perform other legal tasks as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be a Philippine Bar Passer
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation and corporate law
  • Strong background in litigation (law firm experience is an advantage)
