About the Role

We are looking for two skilled and proactive System Administrators to join our MSP team. These roles will support a diverse client base, ensuring smooth IT operations, managing systems, and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environments (users, licenses, security, and policies).
  • Provide support and maintenance for Windows operating systems across desktops and servers.
  • Handle VoIP administration (any platforms) including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform network administration tasks; Cisco Meraki or Fortinet experience highly regarded.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Support backup and recovery processes, ensuring data security and business continuity.
  • Document processes, incidents, and solutions to maintain knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide excellent IT support.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role in an MSP environment.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems (server and desktop).
  • Experience with VoIP administration (any platform).
  • Solid understanding of network administration (Cisco Meraki / Fortinet a bonus).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded):

  • Microsoft Azure knowledge or experience.
  • Experience with Veeam backup solutions (or other backup platforms).

Education & Certifications (Preferred but not required):

  • Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MS-900, AZ-104, etc.)
  • Networking certifications (CCNA, Fortinet NSE, etc.)
