The role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin/Laboratory Staff to join our team at Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our administrative and laboratory operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the laboratory and broader team, including scheduling, data entry, and document management
  • Assisting with the preparation and organisation of laboratory materials and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and inventory of laboratory supplies
  • Coordinating the flow of information and communication between the laboratory and other departments
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and responding to inquiries
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and laboratory processes

What we're looking for

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in a laboratory or scientific setting, ideally within the cosmetics industry
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
