GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

  • The Laboratory Aide is directly under the supervision of the Chief Medical Technologist and the General Supervisor of the Chair of the Department. The purpose of the laboratory aide is to maintain the cleanliness and orderly arrangement of instruments, glassware and facilities in all sections of the laboratory and to provide assistance to laboratory staff whenever necessary.
