Job Description

  • Oversee local purchasing of goods and services to support daily operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify reliable new ones.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, bids, and terms with suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders and payments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of items or services rendered.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to confirm specifications and requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports (cost savings, supplier performance, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, or a similar industry.
  • Excellent Communication skills using English and Filipino.
  • With Positive Attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to Multitask in a fast-paced industry. High attention to detail; organized and hardworking.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig from Monday to Friday and Work From

    Home on Saturday.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Can start immediately
