Job Summary
The Logistics & Admin Assistant main role will be to support the activities of E-Commerce through monitoring of the E-Commerce diverse commodities delivery and its documentation processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Delivery/Admin
-
Assist the Logistics Team in deployment of deliveries of each driver.

Facilitate the recording of all the delivery transactions in E-Commerce monitoring file or any related platforms
-
Provide Assistance to the delivery team with regards to any delivery concerns.
-
Co-monitor the liquidations of advances for all delivery related transactions.
-
Assist the team in monitoring in and out of each warehouse.
-
Monitor if all drivers have deposited the collection from the drivers.
-
Call the customers if concerns arise during the delivery.
Job Requirements:
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree of any related course
Relevant Experience:
-
At least 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce / Logistics related experience
Functional/Technical Skills:
-
Amazing attention to details
-
Knowledgeable in MS Office
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
