Logistics Staff

Job Overview:

The Logistics Staff is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's logistics requirements, including PEZA documentation, shipment monitoring, and compliance with customs regulations. This role ensures accurate processing of permits, liquidation, and other documentation while maintaining smooth cargo flow and timely communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle PEZA-related processes including permits, liquidation, LOA monitoring, and preparation of reports (8105, 8016, 8110, 8112).
  • Maintain proper documentation control for LOA, 8106, 8105, 8112, and other PEZA documents.
  • Prepare and monitor PEZA LOA liquidation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and process uploads of LOI using Intercommerce, VASP e-Konek, and PEZA EZTS systems.
  • Track shipments and coordinate with clients regarding cargo status and progress updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation and processing for shipments/cargo flow (FOB, Air Shipment).
  • Organize, maintain, and update logistics files both electronically and manually.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate logistics reports to management.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the logistics and compliance functions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business-related course.
  • Knowledgeable in PEZA and Customs basic regulations.
  • Proficient in PEZA systems such as EZTS, VASP e-Konek, and Intercommerce.
  • With experience in shipment handling and cargo flow (FOB, Air Shipment).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
