Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Prepare Shipping documents such as Sales Invoice and Delivery Order

·       Prepare and submit to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority the requirements/documents

·       Prepare and file all necessary documentation for customs clearance

·       Coordination with different departments for the status shipment (incoming and outgoing)

·       Manage all product delivery schedules and shipping documents for the related parties

·       Coordinate with forwarders and logistics companies for delivery/distribution

·       Prepare the PEZA monthly report

·       Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

·       Strong knowledge of trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements applicable to PEZA companies

·       Preferably with work experience in PEZA & BOC procedures and international shipping

·       Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and customs authorities.

·       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
