Key Responsibilities

  • Safe Transportation: Safely transport executives to and from various locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules. 2
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle. This includes scheduling regular service appointments to avoid breakdowns and ensuring the vehicle is in excellent condition. 2
  • Route Planning: Plan efficient routes considering traffic and weather conditions to ensure the fastest and safest journey. 2
  • Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality and privacy of all conversations and information shared in the vehicle, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. 1
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changing schedules and routes as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to the needs of the executives. 1

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Driving Experience: Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience in executive transportation.
  • Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact professionally with executives and other staff.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
  • This role is crucial for ensuring that executives can travel safely and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
