Job Summary:

The Private Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation services for the employer, their family, or designated personnel. This role ensures reliable vehicle maintenance, punctuality, and confidentiality while performing driving duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport employer, family members, or authorized personnel to various destinations on time.
  • Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, fuel, and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle(s).
  • Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks (oil, tire pressure, fluid levels) and coordinate with service centers for repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or other items as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and professional matters.
  • Occasionally run errands or deliver items as requested.
  • Communicate effectively with the employer regarding schedules, delays, or vehicle issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type.
  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a private or executive setting.
  • Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and road regulations.
  • Excellent driving record with no major violations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion.
  • Good communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
  • Physically able to assist with luggage or errands if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GPS and route planning apps.
  • Defensive driving certification or training.
  • Experience driving luxury or specialized vehicles.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
  • Long periods of sitting and driving; occasional lifting of luggage or packages.
  • Exposure to traffic, weather conditions, and city or highway driving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
