About the Role:

We're looking for a Zoho Systems & Delivery Coordinator to help manage and optimise QTX's Zoho environment while supporting smooth project delivery across our data and AI services.

You'll play a central role in coordinating projects, maintaining and improving Zoho systems, and ensuring client success from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical coordination, process improvement, and communication - perfect for a detail-oriented professional who knows Zoho inside out.

A strong Zoho user is a must. You should be confident navigating and configuring Zoho tools, creating workflows, and supporting day-to-day operations in Zoho Projects, CRM, Desk, or Analytics.


Key Responsibilities:

Zoho Systems Management

  • Manage and optimise Zoho applications such as Zoho Projects, CRM, Desk, and Analytics.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, automation, dashboards, and integrations between Zoho apps.
  • Monitor data accuracy, system performance, and user adoption.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting and collaboration tools within Zoho.

Project Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and updates using Zoho Projects.
  • Keep project documentation, action items, and communications organised.
  • Assist teams in staying on track and meeting delivery goals.
  • Prepare progress reports and client-ready summaries from Zoho dashboards.

Client Support & Communication

  • Act as a key contact for clients and internal teams during delivery.
  • Gather feedback and translate it into process or system improvements.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and post-project support.

What You'll Bring:
  • Must be an experienced Zoho user - with hands-on experience using Zoho Projects, CRM, Desk, and/or Analytics.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, service delivery, or systems administration, ideally in a tech or service environment.
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities with confidence.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
  • Interest in data, automation, and AI transformation is a plus.
