Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Fintech lending business. The role ensures efficient loan processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and high service quality across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the operations team (loan processing, disbursement, collections).
  • Ensure compliance with BSP and SEC regulations.
  • Prepare and review reports, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
  • Represent and present the company during SEC assessments and audits.
  • Coordinate with other departments for process alignment and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in Fintech or lending.
  • Strong understanding of SEC and BSP compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php55,000.00 per month
