Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder or at least completed 2 years in college
  • Preferably with more than 2 years of BPO experience
  • Preferably with financial, annuity, life insurance and retirement/401K background
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Taguig and in shifting or night shift schedules

Job Description:

  • Interacts with customers by answering and resolving customer needs by having strong knowledge of multiple products through different channels including messaging, social mediate, web cat, email and phone.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent and superior experience for customer while incorporating the established service processes in all interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients regarding customer issues and concerns and ensures clients needs are met by providing consolidated, timely, and complete reporting and updates.
  • Prioritize and process daily work to meet customer service needs, as well as ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer and client requests.
  • Recognize and research unusual or complex situations and provide prompt feedback to clients management, and internal and external customers. Propose solutions to meet both client/customer and business unit needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our processing system, product suite and relevant industry knowledge.
