About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at ARAM ENTERPRISES INC'. This is a full-time role based in Taytay Rizal, with an 80% non-voice customer service focus. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various non-voice communication channels (e.g. email, chat, social media)
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to the team
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
  6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to deliver efficient and effective solutions
  3. Proficient in using various non-voice communication channels and computer software
  4. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
