Overview:

We are looking for an expert capable of building high-caliber Salesforce applications that drive measurable business success. In this role, you will act as a technical strategist and a team leader, ensuring that complex requirements are turned into seamless digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the design of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to meet specific client goals and platform best practices.
  • Technical Documentation: Author comprehensive architecture designs, data models, and technical specs with a focus on security and system efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with BAs and developers to transform complex business needs into streamlined technical execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate trust and long-term client relationships through expert technical consultation and clear communication.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary technical authority, providing mentorship and guidance on integrations and platform capabilities.
  • Talent Acquisition: Shape the engineering team by leading the recruitment process, technical interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Sales Strategy: Support the sales lifecycle by translating client requirements into persuasive technical pitches and solution demonstrations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years proven experience developing and architecting enterprise grade Salesforce applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • A successful track record implementing Salesforce across multiple core domains with strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Extensive knowledge in data modelling, process automation, configuration, custom development, and integration techniques.
  • Exposure and deep understanding of security principles, authentication methods etc.
  • Solid understand of Agile methodologies and working practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client/end-user facing experience

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Application Architect
  • Salesforce System Architect
  • Salesforce B2B Solution Architect
  • Salesforce B2C Solution Architect

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php160,000.00 per month
