Overview:

You will be tasked with architecting and sustaining high-performance, scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, creating innovative products that redefine our clients' operational workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Solution Delivery: Directed the creation of custom Salesforce architectures that support high-volume data and scalable business growth.
  • Knowledge Leadership: Served as the go-to technical expert, elevating team performance through consistent mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Bridged the gap between business needs and technical execution by working closely with analysts and project leads.
  • Standards Advocacy: Maintained system integrity by instituting strict coding protocols and security-focused peer review processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leveraged industry trends to recommend and execute system upgrades, significantly boosting overall platform efficiency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5 + years of experience of custom development with the Salesforce platform, including web services (REST/SOAP), Apex, SOQL etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SLDS etc.
  • Experienced with Apex / VisualForce with solid understanding of coding patterns, frameworks and best practises
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation, and security
  • Experience with Source Control – i.e., GIT / SVN
  • Knowledge of DevOps & pipeline deployment (CI / CD)
  • Solid understand of Agile methodologies and working practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client/end-user facing experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php160,000.00 per month
