Human Resource Operations

JOB PURPOSE
Partners with and supports ManCom in the implementation of strategic and operational goals.
Performs HR operational-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Management in supporting all employees.
This position carries out responsibilities in functional areas: Talent Acquisition and Engagement, Employee Relations and Administration, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS and Reports, Performance Management, Policy development and implementation, Change Management, Total Rewards, Safety and Health, and Compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experiences
- Must have at least ten (10) years of work-related experience handling General Human Resource Management, preferably from the Motorcycle/Retail industries
Education
- At least a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- An advantage: With a Master's degree
Certifications
- And an advantage: With certification in either Human Resource Management, Organizational Development.
OTHER BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- With strong leadership.
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that will align to the business objectives of the organization.
- With a high level of confidentiality in handling data and information.
- Knowledgeable on Philippine labor laws.
- Must be MS Excel Office Proficient
