JOB PURPOSE

Partners with and supports ManCom in the implementation of strategic and operational goals.

Performs HR operational-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Management in supporting all employees.

This position carries out responsibilities in functional areas: Talent Acquisition and Engagement, Employee Relations and Administration, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS and Reports, Performance Management, Policy development and implementation, Change Management, Total Rewards, Safety and Health, and Compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experiences

  1. Must have at least ten (10) years of work-related experience handling General Human Resource Management, preferably from the Motorcycle/Retail industries

Education

  1. At least a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  2. An advantage: With a Master's degree

Certifications

  1. And an advantage: With certification in either Human Resource Management, Organizational Development.

OTHER BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  1. With strong leadership.
  2. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that will align to the business objectives of the organization.
  4. With a high level of confidentiality in handling data and information.
  5. Knowledgeable on Philippine labor laws.
  6. Must be MS Excel Office Proficient
