General Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative, clerical, and operational tasks.
  • Assist in documentation, record-keeping, and file management.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to accomplish objectives.
  • Provide logistical and clerical support for meetings, events, and activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Is a sales lead generation specialist and the major role is outbound call center.
  2. Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Sales.
  3. Support ticketing (Inbound)
  4. Develop new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system) and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the easySeries solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  5. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  6. Support sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of their leads.
  7. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  8. Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities that meet the organization requirements.
  9. Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  10. Answer incoming calls.
  11. Handle outbound calls.
  12. The employee shall maintain a clean work environment

Required ability and qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Required English Language Proficiency
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • Onsite work at the Keppel bldg. Cebu City
