About the role

Global Hospitality Placement Agency Philippines Corporation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients via virtual processes. This is a full-time position based in Central Cebu City, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming customer inquiries and concerns across various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers while adhering to company policies and procedures
  3. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Participating in training and development activities to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve customer concerns
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  4. Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  6. Ability to work in a virtual environment and maintain productivity and focus
