Job Description

As an Associate Director, you'll oversee complex projects, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive innovative tax solutions that meet global standards. You'll manage client relationships, mentor teams, and shape the firm's growth through excellence, leadership, and collaboration.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Demonstrated exposure to Australian taxation and accounting legislation.
• Strong technical knowledge in tax compliance, advisory, and accounting standards.
• 12 to 15 years' experience in a tax consulting or advisory environment.
• CA or CTA equivalent qualified.
• Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualification.
• Ability to distil and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Proactive, solution-driven, and adaptable to change.
• Client-centric mindset with deep business understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and development.

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage multiple and concurrent complex projects, collaborating with cross-divisional specialists.
• Execute projects with accountability for scope, deadlines, and quality.
• Oversee commercial and contractual aspects, including fee proposals and budgets.
• Lead practice areas such as People, Finance, or Market Segments.
• Simplify complex business strategies to identify key issues and priorities.
• Negotiate effectively with clients, regulators, and partners.
• Drive innovative solutions that strengthen business performance.
• Stay up to date with market knowledge, technical skills, and best practices.
