Are you a
strategic Salesforce leader
ready to drive end-to-end CRM transformations? We're looking for an
Associate Director – Salesforce
to lead multiple teams and oversee complex global delivery engagements.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage multiple teams and clients across full Salesforce CRM development, implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Define systems strategy, develop requirements, design and prototype solutions, and support implementation.
  • Interact with global stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Drive business performance through structured analysis, metrics tracking, and operational improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate teams to reach their highest potential.
  • Support practice development initiatives such as knowledge management, standardization, and POV development.


What We're Looking For:

  • 14+ years
    of experience in business operations and delivery, ideally from consulting, Big 4, or shared services.
  • Deep expertise in
    Salesforce products
    (Education Cloud, OmniStudio, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, ).
  • Strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in dynamic consulting environments.
  • MBA preferred; excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work in a demanding and results-oriented team environment and travel overseas if needed.

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x/week onsite in Makati)
