Associate Director

SAP Finance Lead - Philippines

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs across diverse industries.
  • Define finance strategy, solution architecture, and delivery roadmaps aligned with Powered Enterprise methodologies.
  • Provide thought leadership on RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Collaborate with C-level executives to shape digital finance transformation journeys.
  • Drive pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for strategic SAP opportunities.
  • Manage large, cross-functional delivery teams across regions, ensuring excellence in execution.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, blueprinting sessions, and design authority reviews.
  • Lead the creation of TO-BE process designs, functional specs, and integration strategies.
  • Coordinate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, SuccessFactors) for cohesive solution delivery.
  • Champion innovation through SAP Analytics Cloud, Group Reporting, and Central Finance.
  • Mentor and develop consultants, promoting continuous learning and performance excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 13 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, including at least 4 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Proven expertise in Finance Transformation and large-scale SAP program delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of:
    • General Ledger (New GL), AP/AR, Asset & Bank Accounting
    • Controlling (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, CO-PA)
    • Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Group Reporting
    • Experience with SAP Central Finance, SAP BTP, and cloud deployment models.
    • Strong grasp of SAP Activate, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Financial Services sectors
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting, global tax compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Understanding of AI/ML applications in finance, predictive analytics, and automation
  • At least a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Willing to work in Legazpi Village, Makati City
  • Amenable to be on a morning/early morning shift but flexibility is expected. No night shift.
  • Willing to work onsite thrice a week
  • Able to start at least 60 calendar days upon JO acceptance
