Associate Creative Director

The Associate Creative Director is the seco of a team of creators, dreamers, and storytellers. The ACDs main role is to co-lead the team in creating ideas that matter. As a leader, he/she is the teams operator, motivator, mentor, and thought-builder, in order to bring out the best creative idea, craft the idea to its best form, sell the creative work to the client, and produce the idea following the creative intent and vision. As the next senior leaders of Propel Manila, the ACD must cascade and support the Creative Chiefs creative mandate, business mandate and culture mandate, as an integral supporter, promulgator, and advocate of company culture, ideals, and code of conduct. In the event that ACD has no CD/ECD, he/she is expected to lead the team with the Creative Chief.

Co-Lead Creative Development Co-Responsible in leading the creative process from understanding the brief to insighting to ideation to crafting and execution, to presentation and defense to production.
Co-Lead Kickass Craftsmanship Co-Responsible in directing the team in choosing the best ideas or spot the brilliance in raw ideas, given the brief as well as co-lead in bringing the idea to the right copywriting, the right art direction, so the idea will come out in its best state.
Co-Lead the Sell of Ideas Co-Responsible in leading the sell of the idea to client and the creative defense too, manage builds, work-around, and recommendations for the best interest of the agency.
Co-Lead Production Co-Responsible for the production of content, whether its a social post or a radio or a video material and ensures that the creative intent and vision is produced.
In Co-Authoring Campaign Strategies Together with the Strategic Planner & Accounts Team, be able to co-lead in the development of strategic communications plan for clients via a deep understanding of clients business and consumer digital challenges & opportunities, thus providing targeted and actionable insights & solutions between clients and Agency.
In Managing Projects Co-Responsible in operationalizing the strategic and tactical plans of the Creative Unit and managing the resources people and others available in the operations successful delivery;
Business Development
In Driving Organic Growth Co-lead with Business Unit Heads in the development of existing accounts and find opportunities where we can grow the business.
In Contributing To New Business Co-lead the pitches with Business Unit Heads and contribute to the agency targets.
In Leveraging on Agency Verticals Leverage on varied Agency verticals (ie. Propel Studios, Propel Media, Propel Data, etc.) in proposing work to clients and to elevate clients/brands understanding of the digital ecosystem.
People & Stakeholder Management
In People ManagementCo-Responsible in represening Propel Manilas management in making sure talents understand the agencys strategic objectives, in executing business strategies and tactics, policies and regulations, Culture programs, and delivery of financial targets;
Together with the Culture & HR department, responsible in representing the Talents voice during management meetings including career roadmaps, issues and/or suggestions or opportunities in accordance to the agency-wides direction and strategy in developing its people through its Culture & HR programs.
Rally the team with inspiration and be the voice of enthusiasm or optimism or inspiration or reason or motivation or cheer when the team needs it.
In Stakeholder (Internal and External) Relationship Support the Accounts team in ensuring and building healthy relationships with clients and industry partners; also encouraged to keep good relations with industry leaders and industry partners and contribute in growing the roster of Agency stakeholders / partners in aiding to execute our projects.
Culture Champion:
In Promoting Culture Co-Responsible in making the team and colleagues embrace and live by the culture of the agency -- what we believe in, what we stand for, and how we do things.
In Leading By Example Be the ambassador of the agency culture by living it every day in the agency.
