Marketing Communication Works:

  • Work collaboratively with management (HQ & ESSCOR) to create digital campaign for all social media platform on weekly basis.

  • Prepare Social Media Calendar for weekly posting and report it to BD and SSMD every week.

  • Tracking and monitoring of social media campaigns and prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and adds.

  • Prepare and distribute rollout communication of monthly newsletter of either - product updates, product enhancements, technology updates or events as customer communications to existing and prospected client via email/mass mailer

  • Provide writing and editing support on promotional materials and website content as needed.

  • Prepare Project (Used) Case Study for every successful project completion

  • Establish and maintain a centralized archive of digital assets, marketing materials (brochures) and communications that is accessible to various functional groups internally.

Marketing Events Works:

  • Work collaboratively with SSM Department in conceptualizing an event

  • Prepare Events Details and tapped all necessary resources (suppliers, co-workers and management)

  • Producer of events: prepare event programs, booked necessary suppliers, coordination of administrative works, logistic works, pre and postproduction works

  • Coordinate Events with SSM Department and assigned task to AM and DES

  • Manage the working budget of each event.
