*Work Environment

Office-based work

Monday to Friday, working hours 8:00-17:00; overtime applies thereafter

Saturdays require attendance on a rotational basis once a month.

*Job Responsibilities

Perform construction Revit modeling, shop drawings, detailed designs, and other BIM-related tasks in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

Collaborate closely with team members to resolve project issues.

Conduct planned work while adhering to deadlines.

Create construction shop drawing models based on design drawings.

Produce consistent Revit models from design models to shop drawing models, including detailed construction drawings.

Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) and address issues as they arise to complete drawings.

Produce construction drawings, quantity takeoffs, and clash detections from models.

*Ideal Candidate

Individuals with a genuine interest in architecture and a strong desire to acquire architectural engineering skills.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BS) or equivalent qualification.

Licensed Aechitect is preferred.

At least 1 year of practical experience with Revit Architecture / Structure.

Practical experience with Revit MEP is plus

Possess appropriate work ethics and the ability to adapt to various project standards.

Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and a team player.

A deep understanding of Revit family creation is advantageous but not a mandatory qualification.

Knowledge of BIM LOD standards is preferred.

Candidates with experience in creating shop drawings from models are particularly welcome.

Experience using AutoCAD 2D is preferred.

New graduates are welcome if they are proficient in Revit and demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative.Visit our website for our sample of works.
