Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all the export operations in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and review all necessary documentation (e.g., shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
  • Coordinate with customs agents, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and ensure proper filing for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and recommend necessary process adjustments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization in international logistics.

## Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in export operations;
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, HS codes, INCOTERMS, and international shipping procedures.
- Proficient in trade documentation systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
