Job Responsibilities:
Handles local deliveries & coordinates w/ supplier & logistics partners.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of materials.
Request quotation from different suppliers.
Prepare and process import and export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents in compliance with PEZA and Bureau of Customs regulations.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any course
At least 2 years of experience in Impex or purchasing.
Have experience working in manufacturing is a plus
Have experience using VASP System is an advantage.
Have experience processing PEZA documents like EZB. S106 and S105.
Can start as soon as possible
