We are looking for an interior designer who is creative and detail-oriented to make spaces functional and aesthetically pleasing. Be part of the team working with the Senior Designers and Design Principals in developing interior design from conceptualization to construction and furnishing for a variety of project types.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Able to design spaces that are aesthetic, functional, environmentally friendly, and safe.

2. Develop layouts, ceiling designs, lighting, floor, wall, and ceiling treatments, and built-in and loose furnishing concepts.

3. Assemble material boards, select color schemes, fabrics and upholstery, window treatments, and floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. for presentations.

4. Produce drawings, layouts, design details, a FF&A package, renderings, and color boards.

5. Gather and transmit quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and handle the procurement and installation for styling projects.

6. Produce spreadsheets for the estimation and monitoring of material requirements and costs for turnkey styling projects.

7. Organized and updated the materials library. Liaise with suppliers and keep abreast of the latest available materials, lighting, furnishings, finishes, and fabrics.

8. Coordinate the plotting, printing, and binding of drawing packages for bidding.

9. Coordinate with general and specialty contractors for the faithful construction of our designs.
