Role Overview: Genteel Home Philippines, a premier furniture atelier and interior design firm renowned for its bespoke creations and commitment to Filipino craftsmanship, is seeking a Interior Designer and Project Manager. This role involves collaborating with senior designers to develop innovative interior solutions, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring that all designs align with the company's dedication to quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field. Graduates from reputable design institutions will be prioritized.

-1-3 years of experience in interior design and project management, preferably within the luxury furniture design, residential, or commercial sectors.

-Proficiency in design software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.

-Proficiency in Furniture and Interior Design is highly prioritized.

-Prior experience in project management is preferred.

-Knowledge of sustainable design practices, technology, and materials is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

Assist in creating detailed design concepts, shop drawings, 3D rendering, mood boards, and presentations that reflect the client's vision and Genteel Home's aesthetic standards.

Project Management

Oversee and spearhead project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and turnovers.

Atelier Management

Spearhead the maintenance and innovation of the look of the Atelier designation. Be on top in making the look and vibe of the Ateliers bankable and pleasing by coming up with fresh ideas and concept of the furniture arrangements and overall Atelier Management.

Client Interaction

Participate in client meetings to understand design needs, preferences, and feedback, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Site Analysis

Conduct site visits to assess space availability, design requirements, and functional purposes, providing insights for optimal design solutions.

Supplier Coordination

Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source materials, furnishings, and accessories that meet design specifications and budget constraints.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that all design and project management activities adhere to Genteel Home's standards of excellence and sustainability.

I. KPI CRITERIA (with Specific, Measurable Metrics)

A. Unit Assigned Management (Atelier Oversight)

• Support and execute weekly merchandising updates with 95% task completion accuracy.

• Assist in bi-weekly branch inspections with less than 2 overlooked asset issues per quarter.

• Coordinate with store staff for timely VM refreshes and inventory tagging.

B. Sales Leadership and Target Management
Senior DM:

• Support execution of sales strategies and report performance data weekly.

• Must achieve a minimum of PHP 1,500,000 individual sales contribution per month.

• Acquiring 4-8 projects a month.

C. Design Team Supervision

• Attend all design team alignments and contribute actionable insights.

• Responsible for preparing presentation boards and gathering client feedback with 95% on-time rate.

• Support supervision of sales implementation and design revisions.

D. Project Oversight

• Assigned to 1–3 ongoing projects at a time; ensure milestone completion on schedule.
