Job Overview: Store Planning Assistant

The Store Planning Assistant supports the development, layout, and execution of store designs to ensure functionality, brand consistency, and an exceptional customer experience. This role works closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams to prepare layout drawings, monitor project timelines, and ensure store fixtures and displays meet company standards. The position also involves evaluating store space utilization, preparing cost estimates, and maintaining updated store design documentation to support efficient store operations and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of store layout designs and drawings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding store construction and renovations.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure store openings and refurbishments are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain updated records of store layouts, fixtures, and design specifications.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support in cost estimation and budget monitoring for store planning projects.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the Store Planning team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in store planning, retail design, or related work is an advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for design and functionality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
