We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive
Social Media Manager
to lead social media and email marketing efforts for our larger, more advanced clients. In this role, you'll craft cutting-edge strategies, produce engaging content, and build strong client relationships that drive measurable results.

You'll work closely with SEO, Content, and PPC teams to deliver fully integrated digital marketing solutions. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about the ever-changing digital landscape and eager to grow in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What you'll do:

  • Develop social media and email marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Research industries and competitors to inform strong, data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
  • Create and manage monthly content plans, copywriting, and post scheduling.
  • Produce and guide creative asset requirements (design, messaging, formats).
  • Track performance, prepare benchmark reports, and refine strategies based on results.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and technologies—especially AI-driven changes.
  • Work across multiple digital channels (SEO, PPC, Content, Social) for unified execution.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend process improvements and lead initiatives to improve output.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience using platforms such as Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp/Sendy, Salesforce, and similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing interactions.
  • A proactive, curious, and growth-driven mindset—always eager to learn.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically; no one-size-fits-all thinking.
