We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, order reconciliation, and tracking incoming and outbound orders, ensuring they arrive and are paid for. This role may also involve client-facing tasks such as collections, etc. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and preferably have experience working with US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and order reconciliation tasks.
  • Track and manage incoming and outbound orders to confirm delivery and payment status.
  • Collaborate with the in-house accounts receivable representative or accountant.
  • Participate in client-facing activities, including collections and communication.
  • Utilize Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Learn and adapt to in-house software as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong willingness to learn and easily trainable.
  • Previous experience with US clients preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in Makati
  • Ability to work in US hours (graveyard).
