Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our restaurant.

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our menu offerings and services. You will work closely with our kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of menu offerings
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and menu systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
