We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to join our Education Exam Solutions team. As a key member of our team, your role will be responsible for ensuring that technical and business objectives are balanced, that the development team is set up for success, and that the product meets high standards of reliability, scalability, and maintainability while delivering value to users.

What will you do as a Senior Technical Product Owner?

As a Senior Technical Product Owner, you will act as the conduit between the product group and development teams for one or more products. The Senior Technical Product Owner works to establish a strong relationship with the Product Owner, development team members and stakeholders to maximise the value of the product.

Key activities can include:

• Requirement gathering
• Road mapping
• System support
• Deployments
• Agile coaching
• Scrum master

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

• Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners. Skilled in engaging stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leaders, to align goals and drive outcomes.
• Leading Change & Driving Results: Experience leading or supporting the implementation of new technologies and process improvements. Background in project management or business analysis with a focus on increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Product & Service Management: Demonstrated ownership of products, business services, or systems, contributing to their growth and continuous improvement. Familiar with Agile roles such as Product Owner and Scrum Master, with hands-on experience in one or both.
• Agile Ways of Working & Technical Tools: Strong understanding of Agile practices and their application in daily work. Proficient in using Jira, qTest, and similar tools for progress tracking and quality assurance. Background in software development or designing user-friendly digital experiences.
