We help clients buy, sell, and lease properties across Metro Manila. We use digital tools, AI, and modern marketing strategies to manage property listings and reach buyers online.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and schedule posts on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Post property listings on different ad websites (e.g. Company Website, Lamudi, Facebook, etc).
  • Encode and update listings in our CRM system.
  • Assist in creating simple captions, property write-ups, and social media materials.
  • Learn to use basic AI productivity tools for marketing and content creation.

Schedule & Setup:

  • 1–2 days 
    on-site
     (Rosario Pasig
  • 3 days 
    work-from-home
  • Flexible hours (minimum 4 hours/day)

Qualifications:

Currently a college student (Marketing, Business, Communication, IT, or related course)

Basic knowledge in social media platforms

Comfortable using AI productivity tools and other online tools (Google Drive, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.)

Organized, willing to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision

Compensation:

Paid internship (with allowance per week or per month, depending on performance)

Certificate and recommendation letter upon completion
