  • A minimum of three (3) years experience working as an estimator or quantity surveyor is required for Senior Cost Estimator
  • Strong analytic abilities
  • Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and word processing programs
  • Understanding of construction documents
  • Ability to red and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to coordinate and work independently
  • Must know the basic functions of CAD, Sketch-up, and plan swift sorftware
  • Willing to work at Fairview, Quezon City
