Project Architect

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

· Licensed Architect

· With 4-5 years' experience in residential construction

· Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, Vray, D5, Microsoft Office

· Good in designing, planning, and presentation to Client

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead development projects from early concept through design development

· Preparation and presentation of plans and drawings

· Specifications and cost estimates

· Monitor and Supervise project sites and workers

· Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project planning and design activities as directed in accordance with set targets and schedules.

· Organize and manage permit documents

· Responsible for the complete project administration

· Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time.

· Residing within/ near Fairview, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
