Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals, user needs, and monetization objectives.
  • Act as a business owner of the product, responsible for translating business needs into clear and actionable product strategies.
  • Create and refine business requirements and collaborate with tech teams to translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Make data-informed decisions and provide strategic direction, whether related to product features, go-to-market tactics, or platform optimizations.
  • Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, design, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders (Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Finance) to gather requirements and align priorities.
  • Conduct user research and analyze market trends to inform product strategy.
  • Define and track success metrics to measure product impact.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, DataTech, or platform-based environments.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with advertising technologies, marketing platforms, analytics tools, data platforms, APIs, SDKs, and/or CRM systems is an advantage.
