Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead and manage network projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee large-scale network operations supporting 1000+ devices, maintaining high availability and performance.
  • Design, implement, and optimize network solutions involving routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching protocols, and Cisco wireless technologies.
  • Manage incident, change, and problem processes, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards and minimizing service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical guidance, status updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis using tools like Wireshark and Cisco IOS-XE.
  • Develop and enforce network security policies, including Cisco ISE configurations for authentication and authorization.
  • Prepare technical documentation and BOQs, supporting procurement and project planning.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
  • Monitor and report on network performance, leveraging enterprise-grade management and ticketing systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years experience in large-scale network operations environments.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) & Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP); Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), ITIL Foundation are preferred only.
  • Previous experience as a Level 3 Network Engineer (or equivalent senior technical role).
  • Proven track record of direct client interaction and stakeholder management.
  • Technical expertises in advance Cisco networking, routing protocols, switching, Cisco wireless, Cisco ISE, core networking, voice packet flow and VoIP fundamentals
