Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams by providing guidance, training, performance evaluation, and career development opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity strategies to protect data, networks, and systems against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of IT services and technical support across all departments.
  • Establish IT service management processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Monitor project risks, budgets, and resources, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of IT operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, systems management, and project delivery.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity strategy, policy development, and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating technical teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
