Job Summary:

Responsible for the preparation and processing of non confi payroll, CONFI Payroll Timekeeping, and to ensure the accuracy of it and monitoring of government benefits transaction as well as ALPHALIST preparation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Checking and encoding timesheet such as employees leave form, overtime form, undertime/half day form absence form etc.

  • Uploading of non confi and weekly Payroll Salaries to SB Digibanker.

  • Sending an advance copy of cash salaries

  • Monitoring and checking employee's loan such as advances, SSS loan, PAG-IBIG loan etc.

  • Filing of tax report and other confidential matter.

  • Answer employees concern.

  • Assisting in timekeeping and encoding of loans and encoding of salary adjustment such as allowances under confi payroll.

  • Preparing data that needed in 13th month pay every December.

  • Encoding and checking of Salary Adjustments of employees such as Allowances, Tax Refund, Tax Payment, Retro etc.

  • Prepares summary of resigned and update in Google sheet for monitoring

Others:

  • Checking reimbursement transportation fare in Payroll Dept.

  • Remittance of payment of advances of resigned employees or Active employees.

  • Endorsed remittance to have receipt of payment in Treasury Dept

  • Monitoring and checking of E-Source billing.

  • Prepares monthly summary timekeeping report

  • Prepares monthly payroll summary

Government:

  • Preparing DOLE Requirements or Assessments.

  • Go to farm if they have DOLE ASSESSTMENTS. (If needed)

  • Checking SSS R3 report (Resigned employees) and Philhealth ER2 prepared By payroll staff/officer.

  • Processing, checking and balancing of ALPHALIST report versus VP voucher and EBT report

  • Validation of ALPHALIST in BIR System and Submit BIR 2316, BIR ANNEX F, Salaries and Wages, Tax Report to BIR

  • Checking of Sickness and Maternity Benefits of employees prepared by Payroll Staff/Officer.

  • In-charge of processing of Magna Carta Benefits of employees

  • In-charge of processing of Maternity Salary Differential Benefits of employees

  • Uploading of Phil health contributions, HDMF contributions and loan to SB Digibanker.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Science, Any Business course, IT

Experience: 8 years or more of payroll related work experience, alpha list preparation, processing gov't mandated benefits; Adept in doing bulk manual payroll
