STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES INC is looking for PAYROLL & BILLING SUPERVISOR

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll and billing functions, ensuring compliance in standard operating process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • at least 5 years of experience in payroll and billing, including supervisory experience.

  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and billing procedures.

  • Experience in payroll and accounting software is preferred

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of payroll and billing functions.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and customer billing cycles.

  • Review and reconcile payroll reports and billing statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain compliance with government, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

  • Work closely with HR and department managers to resolve payroll discrepancies and manage employee data changes.

  • Monitor billing processes, including invoicing, adjustments, and collections.

  • Develop and implement procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.

  • Train and support payroll and billing staff, providing leadership and professional development.
