Employee Relations Officer

The Labor Relations Officer drives the efficient and effective design and implementation of labor management system across the organization. All duties with sensitive information are performed with the highest degree of confidentiality.
Employee & Labor Relations Strategy
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term ER/LR strategies to maintain industrial peace.
- Lead initiatives that promote positive employee relations and address workplace concerns proactively.
Compliance & Legal Adherence
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, Department Orders (DOs), and internal policies.
- Coordinate and lead internal audits (GLS & OSH) and ensure timely resolution of findings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or related field.
- At least four (4) years of full-time solid experience in employee/labor relations, compliance and contractor management.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
